1. Professional Installation & Liability Waiver

NESH MUCHOKI AUTOTECH acts as a retail distributor and importer of genuine OEM and aftermarket vehicle replacement components. We do not manufacture vehicle parts and do not conduct vehicle servicing at your location.

Under no circumstances shall NESH MUCHOKI AUTOTECH, its proprietors, employees, or directors be held liable for personal injury, vehicle damage, traffic accidents, or consequential losses resulting from:

• Amateur, DIY, or uncertified installation of braking, steering, or suspension parts.
• Incorrect torque specifications, missing cotter pins, or improper bleeding of hydraulic brake fluids.
• Modifications, welding, or alterations to vehicle components.

2. Vehicle Fitment & Chassis (VIN) Verification

Japanese, European, and American vehicle manufacturers often produce multiple variations of the same model year with differing engine sizes, brake caliper diameters, and suspension struts.

While our technical support specialists assist with parts matching, the final responsibility rests with the vehicle owner or their mechanic to provide an accurate Chassis Number (VIN) or verify measurements prior to unpacking or unsealing components.

3. Dash Cams, 24H Hardwire Kits & Electronics

Smart dash cams (including 70mai A500S, Omni, A810) and hardware accessories (UP02, UP03 hardwire kits) connect directly into your vehicle's internal fuse box for 24-hour parking surveillance.

• Always identify Constant Power (BATT), Accessory Power (ACC), and Ground (GND) using an automotive digital multimeter before inserting fuse taps.
• Do not tap into critical safety systems such as Airbags (SRS), Anti-lock Brakes (ABS), or Engine Control Units (ECU).
• NESH MUCHOKI AUTOTECH is not responsible for vehicle battery drains caused by faulty vehicle alternators or incorrect fuse tap bridging.

4. Manufacturer Warranty Limitations

Warranties provided cover manufacturing material defects as certified by respective brand manufacturers. Warranties do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., brake pad friction depletion, wiper blade aging, filter saturation).
• Damage resulting from vehicle collisions, off-road abuse, or contaminated lubricants/fuels.
• Electrical surge damage or water ingress into non-waterproof interior sensors.
