Return unused auto parts in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Guaranteed Fitment
If we verify your vehicle chassis but send the wrong part, we exchange it for free.
Non-Returnable Items
Electrical components, installed parts, or damaged items cannot be returned.
Easy Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original MPESA or Card within 3 business days.
How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, simply log in to your dashboard, navigate to the specific order, and click "Request Return". Alternatively, you can email our support team at support@neshautotech.co.ke with your order number.
- Ensure the item is exactly as received (no installation marks, grease, or damage).
- Do not tear or damage the original manufacturer packaging.
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage during return transit.
